Before reserving a time through this website, please print a copy of the recital packet (pdf). Please read the entire packet for the most current recital policies and use it as a reference when reserving your recital or rehearsal time.

Step 1
Click on the Calendar link. Select either Ferguson Hall or Ultan Hall.

Step 2
Once an available time has been found, go to the Forms section of this website and complete the appropriate reservation form. Be sure to click "Submit" when you are done.

Step 3
You will receive an e-mail confirming your requested reservation.

Step 4
If you are scheduling a student recital (degree or non-degree), you must complete and return to 100 Ferguson within ONE WEEK the student recital petition form.

Step 5
On the day of your recital, rehearsal, recording, or event, please remember to bring your CD-R, DAT, audio cassette, and/or video tape.
